These terms and conditions of use
(hereafter, the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the Site, accessible at the following address: http://www.avi-international.com/. Any use of the Site is deemed to take place on French territory.
The entire Site is governed by French copyright and intellectual property law.
The Site and all its contents (including trademarks, logos, texts, images, software and/or database) are the exclusive property of AVI International and/or its licensors.
AVI International grants you free of charge the non-exclusive, personal and non-assignable right to access and use the Site and print out its pages.
All other rights to the Site are expressly excluded without prior permission from AVI International. In particular, you may not adapt and/or extract any part of the Site or set up links to it.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
The competent courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with their legality, interpretation or performance.
